Cancellation Policy

Reservation

  • Please make advance reservations via telephone or book online to ensure room availability.

  • Advance cash or deposit/online payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation.

  • Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated.

  • Once a rate is selected and the transaction is executed, no other rate is applicable, and no refund is admissible.

  • The estimated cost for the stay includes the confirmed room rate, estimated taxes, and estimated fees.

  • The actual taxes, fees, and cess applicable at the time of stay may vary from the estimates, and any extra cost due to amendments in taxes, fees, cess, etc., is the guest's responsibility.

  • Currency conversions are estimates, and the bill at check-out will be charged in the hotel's local currency.

  • The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation in cases of fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity or if the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with malafide intention or mistake/error.

  • Upon check-in, please present the hotel reservation confirmation voucher along with a valid photo ID or passport, PAN Card, Election Identity Card, driving license, or any photo ID card issued by the Central/State government. A valid credit card is also required for any incidental and/or extra charges.

Promotion/Sale Rates :

  • All promotion/sale rates are non-refundable and restrictive fares.

  • Certain promotion/sale rates do not permit changes in the hotel booking.

  • Limited inventory is available for promotion/sale rates on select room types on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Ohmsakthihotels reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion/sale without prior notice.

  • All extra services and amenities not part of the offer will be available at an additional charge.

Deposit/Online Payment :

  • The deposit/online payment equivalent to the total room nights booked for the entire stay is required to get the confirmed reservation.

  • Maestro, Visa, American Express and MasterCard are accepted for deposit payment.

  • Corporate reservations need to be secured by a company credit card.

  • Group bookings of four or more rooms require cancellation notice to refund the deposit as specified in the cancellation & early checkout policy.

Cancellation & Early Checkout Policy :

  • Cancellation or amendment requests should be made in writing to the Hotel Reservation to receive a refund of the deposit.

  • The cancellation periods prior to arrival are as follows:

    • 1st April to 30th September: 3 Days

    • 1st October to 31st March: 7 Days

  • The cancellation periods prior to arrival are as follows for group booking (more than 10 rooms):

    • 1st April to 30th September: 7 Days

    • 1st October to 31st March: 11 Days

  • The refund process for cancellations may take between two (2) to four (4) weeks to show the refund back on the credit card statement, depending on the billing cycle of the credit card company and processing time of the bank.

  • Non-cancellable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

  • Early check-out will result in charges for the entire confirmed reservation.

  • Certain room rates and types have restrictions and without benefits. Guests can book available rooms without restrictions on www.anandhainn.com.

Check-In and Check-Out :

  • Normal check-in time is 14:00 hrs. For late arrivals after 6 PM, please contact the hotel for instructions.

  • Check-out is at 12 Noon

  • Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation.

Modification :

  • Any modification in the reservation is subject to availability at the time of the request.

Children and Infants :

  • Children up to 5 years can stay free of charge with parents without an extra bed.

  • Children between 5 to 12 years of age will be charged extra.

  • Children above 12 years of age will be treated as young adults, and the applicable reservation charges will be levied.

Non-Arrival to the Hotel :

  • If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date, the entire reservation will be canceled automatically, and charges will apply

  • If you fail to check in on the first date but plan to stay at the hotel for the remaining nights, please contact the hotel urgently to keep the room for you. Otherwise, the entire reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be given.

Shortened Stay (Early Check-out) :

  • Shortened stays are subject to charges for the entire reserved period, whether or not you stay for the entire period. Please inform the hotel as early as possible to minimize charges, subject to the cancellation policy.

Special Requests :

  • Special requests are subject to availability on arrival, and the hotel does not guarantee or accept liability for requests for amendments or special requests.

Confirmation Voucher :

  • Once the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation number and voucher will be generated, which should be presented to the hotel upon arrival. Failure to produce the confirmation voucher may result in the hotel not honoring the reservation unless the excess can be traced in the reservation system.

Payment Security: :

  • Personal details and credit card information provided during the reservation process are secured and protected using the latest security technology

    Credit card numbers, names, addresses, and telephone numbers are kept secure.
